Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of estimating or related construction experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and codes.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with estimating and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals and drawings to determine scope of work for estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs per plans and specifications.
• Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Interface with vendors and ensure bid conformance.
• Update estimating software and participate in pre-bid meetings.
