Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 9-15+ years of progressive commercial MEP estimating and preconstruction experience.
• Experience leading MEP estimating efforts on large-scale, complex projects.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads the MEP estimating process for multiple projects through design and preconstruction.
• Reviews drawings, develops scope narratives, and prepares cost estimates.
• Coordinates with operations, estimating director, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentors and supervises estimators to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.
• Communicates pricing strategies and assists with client interviews and proposals.
