Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior M/E Engineer in Charlotte to lead complex mechanical and electrical construction activities across select projects. You will manage estimates, scheduling, quality control, and commissioning, while developing data-driven analyses and pursuing new business opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership and coordination across M/E personnel. You will mentor teammates, review design documents, and contribute to prefunctional testing and subcontractor selection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Develop budgetary M/E estimates and scheduling.
• Review options and perform systems analysis for projects.
• Coordinate M/E scopes during bid process and develop sequencing.
