Job summary

This full-time position demands expertise in construction and engineering, with the successful candidate expected to track monthly payment applications, manage project execution, and provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
• Assume ownership of overall project execution beyond assigned trade contracts.
• Read, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications.
• Lead with integrity and mentor junior associates.
