Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing pre-construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans.

• Procure mechanical and electrical subcontracts and equipment.
• Coordinate equipment submittals and assist with overall construction cost estimates.
