Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an MEP Manager to lead mechanical and electrical construction activities on a project in Manassas, VA. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience working with large mechanical and electrical systems, with a strong understanding of data center management.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial construction experience with large mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical projects.
• Ability to manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical construction activities for Mission Critical facilities.
• Oversee MEP Trade contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and reports for mechanical and electrical systems.

Skills

Commercial construction experience

Strong relationship management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
