Cruitin Inc. is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Mechanical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer in Los Angeles, CA.

This hybrid leadership role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys technical oversight, client engagement, and project leadership rather than day-to-day drafting work. Responsibilities include leading HVAC and plumbing design across multiple projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring design quality and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license and/or CPD certification preferred.
• 7+ years of MEP consulting experience.
• Strong HVAC and plumbing systems expertise.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience leading projects and reviewing construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC and plumbing design efforts across multiple projects.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary technical contact.
• Review and oversee design deliverables, QA/QC, and code compliance.
• Coordinate with architecture, electrical, and fire protection teams.
• Support project planning, staffing, budgeting, and construction administration.
