Cruitin Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer to join our Las Vegas, NV team. You will lead complex building systems projects from concept through construction, guiding technical work and client interactions.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, a mechanical engineering degree, and 7+ years of MEP experience with HVAC and plumbing design. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, along with strong project leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license and/or relevant certifications.
• 7+ years of MEP engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building systems design.
• Revit and AutoCAD proficiency.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and plumbing design projects from concept through construction.
• Provide technical review and quality assurance for project deliverables.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices.
