Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing preconstruction experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans.

• Communicate with equipment vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Procure electrical and mechanical subcontracts and equipment.
• Coordinate equipment submittals and assist with cost estimates.
