Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of construction experience with strong MEP focus.
Advanced knowledge of MEP systems and BAS.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, MS Project; Revit is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee MEP activity across the full project portfolio.
Develop and implement company-wide MEP standards and QC measures.
Mentor project teams, field staff, and up-and-coming MEP professionals.
Contribute to strategic planning to improve execution and profitability.
Lead design reviews and coordinate BIM/VDC for MEP.
