Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex design-build MEP and building infrastructure projects in the Lenexa, KS area. The role focuses on improving existing facilities with HVAC, utilities, and energy-efficiency upgrades within a true design-build environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management for commercial construction, with experience handling $2M–$10M+ projects and strong coordination with engineers and designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction, MEP, HVAC, or design-build environments.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage design-build projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with in-house engineers and designers.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials and procurement.
