Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex design-build MEP and building infrastructure projects in the Denver area. This role operates in a hybrid environment with local site visits and collaboration with in-house engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction or MEP, and can manage projects ranging from $2M–$10M+ with a focus on energy-efficiency, building infrastructure upgrades, and occupancy-based work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, MEP, or design-build environments.
• Experience leading complex design-build mechanical, HVAC, energy, and building infrastructure upgrades.
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-build projects from preconstruction and estimating through completion.
• Develop budgets, schedules, conceptual estimates, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with in-house engineers and designers; manage subcontractors and clients.
