Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Project Manager – MEP Engineering for our Kansas City office to lead high-impact projects in retail, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and more.

You’ll own project direction, client relationships, team leadership, budgets and schedules, delivering innovative and sustainable building designs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field, 7+ years of MEP experience, and 3+ years of project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant MEP experience, including 3+ years of project management.
• Experience with commercial, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
• Manage client, owner, contractor, and consultant relationships while providing exceptional communication and service.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, contracts, invoicing, and scope changes.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support proposals, contract negotiations, and business development opportunities.

What You’ll Do
