Job summary

Logan Pass Construction seeks an experienced MEP/Cx Site Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale mission-critical and data center projects. This role is the primary on-site representative for MEP scopes, driving safe, organized, high-quality execution from equipment receipt to turnover.

The role reports to the Director of MEP / Commissioning and collaborates with project management, field teams, trade partners, vendors, owners, and commissioning stakeholders to ensure systems are

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field supervision or lead field execution experience in mission-critical or data center environments.
• Related degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Familiarity with field coordination, QA/QC, startup, turnover, and safety controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MEP field execution across assigned areas and priorities.
• Drive short-range planning, look-aheads, and coordination with GC/site teams and vendors.
• Track progress, risks, and turnover milestones; maintain clear leadership communication.
• Support safety, quality, and documentation to ensure system readiness and handoff.
