Job summary

Logan Pass Construction is seeking a motivated MEP/Cx Project Engineer to support field execution on large-scale mission-critical and data center projects. This role acts as a field-embedded extension of the MEP/Cx Site Superintendent, driving coordination, tracking, and turnover support across MEP scopes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in construction, field engineering, or field coordination in mission-critical data center environments.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, submittals, schedules, and field documentation.
• Willingness to learn and grow into increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day MEP field execution across assigned areas, work fronts, and system priorities.
• Coordinate with MEP/Cx Site Superintendent, GC site teams, trade partners, and vendors to maintain field alignment.
• Assist with equipment receipt, tagging, storage compliance, and installation readiness for major MEP assets.
• Help identify field conflicts, constructability issues, and sequencing problems with documented follow-up.
• Support short-range planning, look-aheads, and milestone tracking in alignment with the master project schedule.
• Track field progress, open items, and constraints impacting energization, startup, or turnover dates.
• Maintain field documentation, issue logs, status reports, and turnover records.
• Assist with startup witnesses, QA/QC walks, and turnover package support.
• Communicate status and risks clearly to project leadership.
• Develop field leadership capability for future site leadership roles.
