Job summary

Logan Pass Construction is seeking an experienced MEP/Cx Site Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale mission-critical and data center projects. This role serves as the primary on-site representative for MEP scopes and is responsible for driving safe, organized, high-quality execution from equipment receipt and installation through startup, turnover, and closeout.

This role reports to the Director of MEP / Commissioning and works closely with project management, field teams, trade

Qualifications

• 6+ years in field supervision within mission-critical or data center settings.
• Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, QA/QC, startup, turnover and LOTO.
• Experience coordinating with GC superintendents, trade partners, vendors and client-facing stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, schedules, and field documentation.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel; familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MEP field execution across assigned areas, workfronts and system priorities.
• Serve as on-site representative for MEP coordination with GC site teams and trade partners.
• Coordinate delivery sequencing, equipment receipt, tagging, storage compliance, and installation readiness for major MEP assets.
• Drive short-range planning and field look-aheads in line with the master project schedule.
• Lead startup, energization, turnover readiness, and documentation collection for Level 3 completion.
• Ensure safety, quality, and disciplined execution; support QA/QC walks and punch resolution.
