Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience in large mechanical projects with contracts over $10 million.
• Well versed in the industry and the company's competitors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality installation of the project.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Handle customer relations and schedule manpower.

Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented

Experience with P6 Primavera

Education

State Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing Contractors License

Medical gas certification
