Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Data Center General Superintendent to lead field installation on large mechanical, electrical, and piping projects. You will own labor coordination, quality control, and safety on site, representing ENFRA and ensuring the contracted scope is met.

This role requires 10+ years of commercial construction experience in MEP for big data centers, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and costs, while complying with OSHA and ENFRA policies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent on large MEP projects.
• Experience in mechanical construction for large Data Center projects over $10M.
• Strong communication and management skills to guide reports and engage Admin staff.
• Detail oriented, multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own field labor, labor coordination, quality control, and safety on assigned projects.
• Represent ENFRA on the project site and ensure installation meets design and scope.
• Review submittals for accuracy and compliance with policy.
• Identify potential change orders and discuss cost impacts with management.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions and manpower.
• Administer construction contracts and monitor labor reporting and timesheets.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company work rules are followed; manage deliveries.
