Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing in Denver, CO is seeking a lead commercial MEP project manager to drive projects from planning through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination on complex infrastructure builds.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets and contracts, review plans, coordinate with clients and subs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential as you guide cross-functional teams to on-time

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction site experience and knowledge of safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Experience with estimating and construction management software.
• Understanding of contracts, plans, schematics, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage complex infrastructure projects within budget and schedule.
• HS diploma or equivalent; 2 years of CM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and coordinate construction activities.
• Manage budgets, estimating, cost tracking, and expenditures.
• Review plans, blueprints, schematics, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, change orders, and documentation.
• Lead project teams and ensure safety, codes, environmental standards, and contractual requirements.
