KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical, plumbing, and sheet metal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with field leadership, manage project financial performance, and mentor the next generation of project managers.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of progressive construction experience; salary is $135,000–$155,000 annually, with 401(k) match and company HSA

Qualifications

• Mechanical construction project management experience.
• Strong financial judgment.
• Ability to lead teams through complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Budgets, schedules, procurement, and execution.
• Field coordination, staffing, and labor productivity.
• Contracts, buyout, change orders, and customer relationships.
• Cost control, billing, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Development of Project Coordinators, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers.
