Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Orlando seeks a seasoned Senior Superintendent to oversee on-site operations across projects, coordinating trade labor and supervising field teams. The role reports to senior operations leadership and requires extensive experience in scheduling, QA/QC, and safety programs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 20+ years in construction, is proficient in MS Office, SAP and SharePoint, and can travel 50%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, SAP and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.
• Support Superintendent throughout the job duration.
• Review schedules with Superintendents/Foremen and ensure ROJ dates are provided.
• Document field issues affecting budget, quality or schedule for the PM team.
• Oversee development of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS) and QA/QC guidance.
• Identify self-perform opportunities and assist in proposals and performance.
• Support safety programs and progression planning with the OM.
