Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Manager to lead all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and commissioning activities across the project lifecycle in Atlanta, GA. You will drive strategy, scheduling, and collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful turnover.

The role requires strong leadership, deep MEP knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP and commissioning on complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP and commissioning activities from preconstruction through turnover.
• Establish project-specific MEP and commissioning strategies.
• Oversee installation, startup, testing, and turnover of systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Mentor Project Managers, Engineers, Coordinators, Superintendents, and QA/QC personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement and zero-defect culture.
