Job summary

Staxmatic is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager (MEP) in Addison, TX to lead large-scale mechanical and plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams, delivering on time and within budget while coordinating with GC, owners, and design teams.

The role requires deep MEP knowledge, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to risk, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, ductwork, and plumbing installations.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial MEP projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and general contractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to keep projects moving.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance on site.
