Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking an MEP Project Manager in Houston, TX. You will drive project-based sales across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes for new construction, design‑build, and tenant improvement work, while leading projects from award through closeout.

Travel regionally to customer sites is required, and you will coordinate with estimating, operations, engineering, and field leadership to ensure on‑time, on‑budget deliverables and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Four to six years of related experience in MEP project sales, project management, or construction leadership.
• HVAC and/or mechanical project experience required; exposure to electrical and plumbing scopes strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally to project sites and customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-based sales efforts for MEP construction, design‑build, and tenant improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, facility managers, and design partners.
• Coordinate with estimators, operations, engineering, and field leadership to ensure seamless transition from award to closeout.
• Review contracts for scope, schedule, and budget; finalize work order budgets and ensure alignment with estimates.
• Prepare, price, and submit all change orders in coordination with operations and estimating.
• Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and subcontracts related to project execution.
