Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Menu Category Management to lead the next generation of Arby’s menu innovation on the national stage.

You will identify opportunities for game-changing menu strategy and work with Culinary, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Training, Insights, and Marketing to develop, qualify and launch core and limited-time products across brands. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Menu Category Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10 years in menu strategy for multi-unit foodservice chains.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation of big menu ideas and strategies.
• Partner with Culinary to develop core and limited-time products.
• Evaluate, test and launch products with recommendations.
• Gather insights from Consumer Insights and Brand Analytics.
• Collaborate on pricing, promotions, calendar, positioning across channels.
• Analyze menu performance across channels to optimize.
