Qualifications

• 4 year degree in business-related field.
• 10+ years in category management; restaurant experience mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with P&L.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven problem solving and decision making.
• Willingness to travel 10% for supplier/market visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead team recommendations of short and long-term food menu strategy and tactics to meet brand and business objectives and drive growth.
• Define the roadmap for core & white-space innovation and lead the workstream to develop and test new items in innovation stores.
• Monitor item and category performance to deliver actionable insights for categories to maximize sales and profit growth.
• Manage 5 direct reports, providing guidance & feedback in 1:1s and reviewing team members' career goals.
• Serve as a leader in change management, continually seeking methods to improve ways of working and team efficiencies.
• Manage research budget and maximize learnings and insights to inform decisions.
