Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Culinary & Commercialization to own the menu strategy end-to-end—from ideation through commercialization to system-wide rollout across 3,000+ franchise locations. You will drive the ideation process with Marketing, lead supplier-driven product development, and manage a disciplined stage-gate process from concept to national rollout.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product development, R&D, and/or commercialization.
• Track record of taking products from R&D through commercialization to scale.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong project management skills; organized and deadline-driven.
• Strategic business acumen including product costing and margin analysis.
• Willingness to travel and work hands-on in restaurants, test markets, and supplier facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the menu innovation strategy and annual roadmap for items, LTOs, and platform development across 3,000+ locations.
• Lead supplier-driven product development with briefs, specs, bench builds, iterations, and sensory validation.
• Own end-to-end stage-gate process from ideation to scale, ensuring on-time, on-quality delivery and market testing.
