Jersey Mike's Subs Century 21 seeks an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and building a high-performing team.

You'll coach and develop team members, assist with hiring and training, and drive food quality, cleanliness, and guest service while working toward performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Helping lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Coaching, developing, and motivating team members through positive leadership
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
• Leading shifts while maintaining Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Monitoring labor, productivity, and food quality throughout each shift
• Assisting with inventory management, ordering, receiving deliveries, and controlling food costs
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
• Handling customer concerns professionally and creating positive resolutions
• Supporting scheduling, daily operations, and restaurant performance goals
• Opening and closing the restaurant as needed
• Leading by example and fostering a positive, accountable, team-first culture
