Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team for ongoing assessment and safety; crisis intervention as needed.
• Provides direct patient care and activities (ADL, vital signs, specimens, exams/treatments) and documents changes.
• Leads or co-leads social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to enhance interpersonal skills.
• Participates in unit activities including supplies stocking, patient transport, and equipment cleaning.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
