Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides, documents and participates in direct patient care activities (ADLs, vital signs, mobility, specimen collection, IO, meals, weights).
• Participates in quality and patient satisfaction initiatives (bedside rounds, hourly rounding, safety, cleanliness).
• Documents vitals, weights, I&O, restraints, specimens, and treatments; reports changes to nursing staff.
• Assists with unit activities such as supply stocking and equipment cleaning/retrieval.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
