Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience as determined by the company.
• CPR – American Heart Association certification.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates with the multi‑disciplinary team to assess changes in patient status and gather pertinent data; provides crisis intervention to maintain safety (40%).
• Provides direct patient care and activities, such as ADLs, vital signs, specimen collection, assistance with exams, treatments and procedures, and patient‑focused testing; reports changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions and documents them; suggests modifications to the master treatment plan (40%).
• Leads or co‑leads in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to enhance patient’s social relationships and interpersonal skills (15%).
• Participates in unit activities such as supplies stocking, patient transport, and equipment cleaning, checks and retrieval (5%).
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
