Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Sr. Merchandiser, Men’s Tops & Layers, to lead the development and execution of the men’s tops & layers assortment. You will define the architecture of the line, drive growth plans, and partner with Design, Planning, Marketing, and channels to align with the brand’s strategy and values.

You will help shape long-range fabric & style expansion, maintain competitive insights, and create compelling seasonal product messaging for both E-commerce and Retail channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• Performance apparel experience preferred.
• Background in men’s apparel preferred.
• Experience delivering high growth at the brand or category level.
• Strong understanding of men’s apparel market and trends.
• Strong eye for relevant and trend-right product that aligns with the brand aesthetic.
• Ability to travel domestically.
• Experience using Excel, Adobe Illustrator. PLM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive assortment strategies across E-commerce and Retail.
• Build seasonal & annual line plans for men’s tops/layers.
• Support in the creation of the tops/layers 3-year innovation roadmap.
• Partner with planning on seasonal investment strategy and pricing guidance.
• Create and manage all seasonal assortment tools for the men’s tops/layers.
• Support buying and development product calendar for all channels.
• Participate in weekly fittings and ensure style adoption and execution.
• Collaborate with planning on in-season performance and data-driven actions.
