Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Merchandiser, Men’s Tops & Layers, to lead development and execution of the men’s tops & layers assortment.

You will translate the brand’s product strategy into growth plans, working with Design, Planning, Marketing and channel leaders. A strong leader with a passion for performance apparel is essential. You will develop assortment strategies for E-commerce and Retail, build line plans, guide long-range roadmap, and manage seasonal investment and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years merchandising experience in apparel or related category.
• Experience delivering growth at brand or category level.
• Strong understanding of men’s apparel market and trends.
• Clear sense for trend-right product aligned with brand aesthetic.
• Willingness to travel domestically and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive assortment strategies across E-commerce and Retail.
• Identify new product opportunities to meet high-growth expectations.
• Build seasonal and annual line plans for men’s tops/layers.
• Guide long-range fabric and style expansion in the 3-year roadmap.
• Partner with planning on seasonal investment strategy and pricing.
• Create and manage all seasonal assortment tools for the category.
• Support buying and development product calendar for all channels.
• Participate in weekly fittings and ensure style adoption and execution.
