Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Director of Men’s Merchandising, Bottoms to lead the development and execution of the men’s bottoms assortment. You will shape the product strategy, define the line architecture, and drive category growth in collaboration with Design, Planning, Marketing, and channel leaders.

The role requires a seasoned product and people leader with passion for performance apparel and Vuori’s brand values, with a focus on premium positioning and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 10+ years of apparel merchandising experience.
• Experience delivering high growth at the brand or category level.
• Strong understanding of the Men’s apparel market and trends.
• Strong eye for relevant and trend right product that aligns with brand aesthetic.
• Experience managing people or direct reports.
• Ability to travel domestically.
• Proficient in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, PLM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive assortment strategies across E-commerce and Retail.
• Partner on a long-range product roadmap to achieve brand goals.
• Lead the creation and execution of the seasonal line plan for Men’s Bottoms.
• Partner with Planning on the seasonal investment strategy and inventory pipeline.
• Guide the Men’s Bottoms team through seasonal assortment tools.
• Participate in weekly fittings and approve final styles.
• Analyze in-season performance and drive data-driven action plans.
• Maintain premium price positioning and manage pricing strategy.
