Job summary

SiTime is seeking an experienced manufacturing support technician to maintain and troubleshoot automated test equipment. You will ensure tool uptime, assist with test handlers, and monitor yields in a high-volume final test facility.

Strong background in semiconductor back-end manufacturing, MES/ERP familiarity, and good English communication are essential for success in this role. On-site status in the United States with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree is a plus.
• 4–6 years in automated electronics or semiconductor back-end manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of MES software, ERP/SAP inventory tracking, and basic MS Excel for production logs.
• English proficiency is required for professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production machinery (ATE test handlers).
• Load device trays into automated test handlers and monitor throughput.
• Inspect die surfaces, bond wires, and leads for defects under microscopes.
• Record yields, scrap counts, and test data in MES/ERP systems and flag issues.
