SiTime Corp. is seeking a production support specialist to lead day-to-day operations of the ATE final test line for custom orders and engineering samples. You will oversee line execution, yield tracking, and order fulfillment, ensuring high throughput and quality.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree a plus.
• 0–2 years in automated electronics or semiconductor back-end manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of MES software, ERP/SAP, and MS Excel for production logs.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accurate production records.

Aufgaben

• Set up and run production machinery (ATE test handler loading).
• Load device trays into automated test handlers and monitor jams to maintain high throughput.
• Inspect die surfaces, bond wires, and package leads under microscopes for defects.
• Record pass/fail yields, scrap counts, and test data in MES/ERP; flag low-yield lots.
