Responsibilities

• Define, optimize, and sustain integrated process flows across multiple modules.
• Lead investigations into yield loss and defect mechanisms; drive structured problem solving.
• Support NPI, pilot builds, and ramp to production; translate R&D into scalable manufacturing flows.
• Partner with process, equipment, yield, product, and operations teams; resolve cross‑module issues.
• Analyze electrical/test data, inline metrology, and defect data; execute DOEs to improve integration.
• Maintain documentation, change control, and qualification activities; ensure traceability.
