Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Senior MEMS Design and Simulation Engineer to advance MEMS packages and devices toward production. You will simulate stresses, unify packaging workflows, and collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and cross-domain groups to drive high-performance inertial sensors.

The role requires a PhD in engineering (or MS with 3+ years MEMS experience) and strong skills in SPICE, Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and FEA tools such as Ansys/Comsol.

Qualifications

• PhD in electrical or mechanical engineering or MS with MEMS industry experience.
• Strong MEMS package simulation experience across environmental stresses.
• Experience with MEMS characterization and probe/test development.

Responsibilities

• Simulate and validate MEMS package stresses under solder, temperature, and humidity.
• Develop and standardize MEMS package simulation flow across portfolio.
