Job summary

You will collaborate with MEMS, ASIC design, wafer fabrication, and product engineering teams to move technologies from early development through production, delivering high-performance timing devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in a technical field are required.
• Experience with MEMS design fundamentals and devices.
• Proficiency with Python for data analysis or automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design, characterize, and analyze MEMS resonators and related technologies.
• Perform simulations, laboratory evaluations, debugging, characterization, and root-cause analysis of new and existing devices.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle from concept through production support.
• Develop, refine, and maintain test software and automation for characterization and production testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MEMS, ASIC, process engineering, and QA to bring new tech to market.
• Communicate technical findings, project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
