Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Flatiron is hiring a Senior Membership Sales Associate in NYC. You’ll warmly greet guests, conduct studio tours, educate on sauna/therapy benefits, and sell memberships with a commission mindset.

Expect to manage bookings, process changes, and drive monthly sales goals across two NYC locations. Qualified candidates bring 3+ years in customer‑facing sales, a passion for health and wellness, strong communication skills, and open availability for 5 shifts per week including

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer‑facing sales roles.
• An interest in health, wellness and fitness.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, team‑oriented attitude and goal‑driven mindset.
• Open availability to work 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day.
• Mindbody software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in the studio and build relationships.
• Administer studio tours and educate guests on sauna and therapy benefits.
• Sell memberships, packages and retail products to reach monthly sales goals.
• Make proactive high‑energy calls to guests per shift.
• Attend community events to promote the studio and sign up new guests.
• Multitask with bookings, check‑ins/outs, memberships and inventory at front desk.
• Complete daily cleaning duties.
