Job summary
Gravitas Beverly Hills is seeking a Lead Membership Sales & Development Manager to drive membership growth and revenue performance. You will oversee the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and tours to onboarding—reporting to the Director of Membership and earning commissions based on performance.
As a senior leader, you will set standards, build scalable sales systems, coach Membership Development Associates, and maintain clean CRM data.
Qualifications
- Experience leading membership sales or luxury hospitality teams.
- Ability to design scalable sales processes and systems.
- Strong closing skills with VIP clients.
- Experience with outbound sales, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategy to grow memberships.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding.
- Close high-value VIP prospects and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with Brand and Programming to create sales collateral.
- Maintain pipeline health, metrics, and forecasting.
- Lead and coach Membership Development Associates.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene and standardized processes.
- Drive retention and renewals through member lifecycle programs.
- Serve as Gravitas brand ambassador in client interactions.
