Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union's Arden Town Branch in Sacramento seeks a Member Service Specialist III to process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related transactions, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will identify member needs, promote Golden 1 products, document in EnAct, assist with ATM operations, mentor MSSIIs, and support branch leadership in opening accounts and completing loans.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 2+ years year of prior experience in a banker role preferred.
• 1+ year as a MSS II or teller role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and audits financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provides Golden 1 services to member, including cashier’s checks, money orders, savings bonds, wire transfers and transactions.
• Assesses members needs while processing transactions.
• Identifies opportunities to help members relative to Golden 1 product or service offerings.
• Identifies and reports fraudulent activity to management.
