Job summary

All One Credit Union in Worcester, MA is seeking a Member Relationship Representative III to lead branch operations, coach staff, and grow member relationships through needs-based conversations. You will oversee daily cash handling, balances, and security while ensuring compliance and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage members with product knowledge, refer to specialists as needed, and drive service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of banking experience with teller and member service responsibilities.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services and branch operations.
• Excellent member service delivery and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule Monday–Saturday.
• NMLS registration.
