Teachers Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Financial Services Representative in Shirley, NY. The role focuses on engaging members and expanding membership, handling Consumer, Small Business and Lending services both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities include managing a book of business, building relationships, and supporting members with specialized needs while driving revenue and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifikationen

• High School degree or GED required; Bachelor’s In Business in lieu of experience will be considered
• Minimum of two years branch experience required
• Minimum two years of general work experience, customer service, call center, or sales experience required
• Commissioned notary or able to obtain notary commission within four months
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in CRM tools including Salesforce

Aufgaben

• Serve consumer and small business members by proactively engaging to understand and help with financial needs
• Manage assigned members and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations
• Lead in managing risk; adhere to policies, procedures, controls and applicable laws
• Maximize team profitability by enhancing sales skills and product knowledge; develop strategic partnerships
• Partner with specialists to connect members to experts for specialized financial needs
• Build new member relationships; present solutions using data and trends for informed decisions
• Participate in campaigns, outbound calling, cross-sell and referrals using CRM systems
• Travel between branches in assigned local area to support market
• Perform other duties to support Small Business and Premier members
• Participate in orientation and mentorship of new representatives; handle escalated issues as required
