Job summary

Chevron Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Associate to deliver exceptional member service and support. You will assess member needs, recommend products, and help manage funds with precision and care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting with loans, and collaborating with lending partners to support members’ financial goals. A strong English communicator with basic math skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ related branch, call center, or other related financial service experience required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Delivers consistent and exceptional member experience with every member interaction.
• Builds relationships with members through needs assessments and product and service recommendations.
• Advises members on improving financial health with savings, debt, credit, lending, digital banking, and campaigns.
• Outreaches to members and prospects and follows up to deepen relationships.
• Assists with loan applications, reviews credit histories, and works with Consumer Lending to assess risk.
