You will advise members on financial health and support loan processing and deposits. As part of a team, you’ll engage in business development, promote digital banking, and maintain accuracy

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years’ customer service and/or cash handling experience required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a consistent and exceptional member experience with every member interaction.
• Builds relationships with members through needs assessments and product and service recommendations that serve their financial needs.
• Advises members on improving financial health with savings, managing debt, building credit, lending options, digital banking, and marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Proactively outreaches to members and prospects and performs follow up activities including calling to deepen relationships.
• Assists members with completion of loan applications, inspecting documents for accuracy and thoroughness for stipulations; reviews credit histories and reports with Consumer Lending to assess risks.
• Engages members with mortgage and other partners to help achieve financial goals.
• Participates in business development events to identify sales prospects and follows up on leads to achieve branch sales targets.
• Assists members with financial transactions including cash handling while adhering to policies and procedures and balancing cash negotiables daily.
• Performs daily branch duties and responsibilities including servicing ATMs and other branch operations tasks.
• May be required to become a Notary Public based on branch needs.
• Other duties as assigned
