Job summary

Educational Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Advisor in the Miami area to deliver exceptional member service across deposits and loan transactions. You will guide members through new accounts, loan closings, and referrals to CU products, while maintaining knowledge of current promotions and campaigns.

You will be the lobby leader, assess member needs, and support branch operations, including occasional travel to other branches.

Qualifications

• Processes a wide variety of member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Provides guidance on account openings and loan applications/closings.
• Identifies member needs and makes referrals to Credit Union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lobby leader; direct members to the right information source to minimize wait time.
• Open/close safe deposit boxes and manage related documentation.
• Assist with Notary, Medallion, and Signature Guarantee services.
