Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in California is seeking a Senior SE-MEM Engineer to support high-volume data-center productions, focusing on HBM technologies. You will partner with MEM suppliers to drive process improvements, optimize devices, and advance build and test methods.

The role requires 8+ years in DRAM manufacturing, MSEE/PhD or equivalent, strong data-analysis, and ability to lead multi-discipline projects; salary ranges are provided, with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MSEE/PhD or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in a DRAM manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and managerial skills.
• Knowledge in statistics, DRAM process technology, DRAM test algorithms, device physics, and IC manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with MEM suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MEM suppliers to drive process improvements and data-supported device optimizations.
• Communicate with internal engineering teams and MEM suppliers to ensure smooth integration and progress.
• Apply DRAM testing knowledge to DRAM circuit and physical build efforts.
• Contribute to datacenter ATE and system-level performance, yield and reliability upgrades with MEM partners.
• Drive consistency with SPC, EFR, DPPM and RMA monitoring practices.
