Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant, Early Intervention to support clients in Wisconsin. You will sell and manage Monovisc, Orthovisc, and PEAK PRP product lines in clinical settings, develop territory business plans, and collaborate with surgeons, office staff, and rheumatologists to grow product adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales or professional experience OR an Associate degree with 4+ years of sales or professional experience.
• Must reside in or relocate to the posted territory; willingness to travel across accounts in territory; valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and planning: identify and qualify prospective accounts and develop account-specific plans to grow sales.
• Drive product sales within assigned territory in clinical settings or named accounts; present and demonstrate products; promote promotions and support objectives.
• Build relationships with surgeons, office staff, administration, and rheumatologists throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide excellent customer service, educate users, and ensure proper follow-up; manage promotional materials and equipment.
• Support case coverage with surgeon contacts and assist during procedures as needed.
