Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative to drive strategic growth in MedTech and Life Sciences. You will build executive relationships, pursue complex opportunities, and shape solutions leveraging Capgemini’s engineering and digital capabilities.

You will partner with solution architects, delivery leaders, and alliance partners to deliver high-value offerings and close multi-year deals. Hybrid role across key US markets.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting in MedTech/Life Sciences.
Proven track record selling Engineering Services, ER&D, Digital Engineering, or Business Transformation solutions.
Strong understanding of product development, regulatory and quality processes in healthcare.
Experience managing executive-level relationships in complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth across MedTech and Life Sciences, and expand Capgemini Engineering's footprint.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits from identification to close.
Collaborate with solution architects and partners to design differentiated offerings.
Maintain robust forecasts and deliver executive-level reviews.
